Bosque Estatal de Monte Guilarte is a tropical rainforest surrounding Mount Guilarte, home to numerous endangered and rare plant and animal species. The forest has hiking trails, including one that leads to the top of Mount Guilarte. It is one of the largest state forests in Puerto Rico.
