Para enmendar el Artículo 22.02 y 23.08 de la Ley 22-2000, según enmendada, conocida como la “Ley de Vehículos y Tránsito de Puerto Rico”, a los fines de reducir de quince (15) dólares a cinco (5) dólares la multa administrativa impuesta por cada infracción al sistema de pago electrónico AutoExpreso por falta de balance en la cuenta, cuando el peaje correspondiente no sea satisfecho dentro del término establecido; establecer que, transcurrido dicho término sin que se haya realizado el pago o recarga correspondiente, se notifique electrónicamente al titular de la cuenta el balance adeudado y la imposición de la multa correspondiente; y para otros fines relacionados.
