Para enmendar los incisos (a) y (c) de la Sección 4 de la Ley 83 de 2 de mayo de 1941, según enmendada, conocida como la “Ley de la Autoridad de Energía Eléctrica de Puerto Rico”, a los fines de autorizar a la Oficina del Procurador del Ciudadano (Ombudsman) a utilizar mecanismos electrónicos en el proceso de elección del representante del interés de los clientes ante la Junta de Gobierno de la Autoridad de Energía Eléctrica de Puerto Rico; permitir que exempleados de la Autoridad puedan pertenecer a la Junta de Gobierno luego de transcurridos dos (2) años desde su jubilación o separación del empleo; y para otros fines relacionados.
