Amend the Student Military Relations Law
This bill amends a law to recognize the Space Force as a new branch of the military and its benefits for members. The law will also apply in emergency situations and humanitarian cases.

Para enmendar el Articulo 4, de la Ley 109-2003, según enmendada, conocida como "Ley que Regula las Relaciones Contractuales entre los Estudiantes Militares de Educación Post-secundaria en el Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y las Instituciones Superiores de Ensefianza", a los fines de reconocer la existencia de la nueva rama de las Fuerzas Armadas, la Fuerza Espacial de los Estados Unidos de América; reconocer los beneficios de esta Ley a miembros de dicha nueva rama; actualizar definiciones; aclarar que esta Ley, también será de aplicación en activaciones de casos de emergencia natural o razones humanitarias; y para otros fines relacionados.
