Para enmendar los Artículos 4, 6 y 7 de la Ley 133-2024, conocida como “Ley para la Prevención y Protección Contra el Acoso y Hostigamiento Sexual en el Deporte en Puerto Rico”, para incluir la definición de entidad deportiva; aclarar la definición de Acoso y Hostigamiento; establecer que toda persona responsable de acoso y hostigamiento incurrirá en responsabilidad civil; y que toda entidad deportiva será responsable de los actos de hostigamiento y acoso hacia sus atletas en el entorno deportivo, si sabían o debían de estar enterados de dicha conducta y no tomaron una acción inmediata y apropiada para corregir la situación; y para otros fines relacionados.
