Para establecer, por un término de noventa (90) días, un Plan Especial de Incentivos para el Pago de Deudas por concepto de contribuciones sobre la propiedad mueble e inmueble impuestas al amparo del Libro VII de la Ley 107-2020, según enmendada, conocida como el “Código Municipal de Puerto Rico”; disponer el relevo del pago de intereses, recargos y penalidades acumulados sobre las contribuciones elegibles; establecer las condiciones, limitaciones y exclusiones aplicables; disponer las obligaciones del Centro de Recaudación de Ingresos Municipales para la implantación del Plan; establecer el tratamiento de deudas sujetas a procedimientos administrativos, judiciales o planes de pago; y para otros fines relacionados.
