Amend the Notarial Law of Puerto Rico
This bill amends the Notarial Law of Puerto Rico to correct information on the Segregation, Grouping, or Transfer of Real Property form. It also addresses other related matters.
Para eliminar los incisos 8 y 9, y enmendar el inciso 5 del Artículo 11 de la Ley Núm. 75 de 2 de julio de 1987, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley Notarial de Puerto Rico,” a los fines de rectificar la información que debe contener la Planilla Informativa sobre Segregación, Agrupación o Traslado de Bienes Inmuebles; hacer enmiendas técnicas al Artículo 11; y para otros fines relacionados.
