Juanmita López de Jesús, a young Puerto Rican boxer, has left his comfort zone to train in Orlando, Florida, for his upcoming fight against Spanish boxer Alberto Motos on June 27 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. López de Jesús, who is undefeated in five fights, trained with former world champion Antonio Vargas, who has Puerto Rican roots, and also sparred with Olajuwon 'The White Monkey' Acosta, the new NABO super flyweight champion.

López de Jesús aims to be in top form for the fight, which is part of a card headlined by the bout between Xander Zayas and Jaron 'Boots' Ennis. He recognizes that his opponent, Motos, will be a tough challenge, given his aggressive fighting style and 6-2 record.

López de Jesús has been learning to adapt to the rhythm of a world champion and is preparing for a difficult night ahead.
