Judge Rocío Alonso González of the San Juan Tribunal determined cause for arrest for a charge of domestic abuse against Jorge A Matías Rosado, also known as 'Janyu', a 36-year-old man. According to the investigation, the complainant reported to the Caimito police station on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. that Matías Rosado had forced his way into her apartment at around 6:00 a.m. by kicking the door with his legs.
He then questioned her about the whereabouts of their son and allegedly physically assaulted her, hitting her face with his hands, pulling her hair, and kicking her in the torso. Matías Rosado also took the victim's iPhone 16 Plus and later threw it away in a trash can.
He was taken to the Institution Penal 705 at the Bayamón Correctional Complex after failing to post a $100,000 bail. The incident occurred in Caimito, and the investigation led to Matías Rosado's arrest.
