El Nuevo Día and Radio Isla 1320 have announced a strategic alliance to expand the reach of their informative and opinion content through both media platforms. As part of the collaboration, journalist and columnist Benjamín Torres Gotay will join the radio program 'Puestos Pa’ la Mañana' as a guest collaborator, while analysts Luis Herrero and Jonathan Lebrón Ayala will publish opinion columns in El Nuevo Día and Primera Hora.
Torres Gotay's participation will begin on June 25 and will take place every other Thursday at 8:25 a.m. on Radio Isla 1320's morning show, hosted by Herrero and Lebrón Ayala. Yalixa Rivera Cruz, director general and editor-in-chief of GFR Media, expressed that the alliance significantly expands the reach of their content and allows them to connect with new audiences.
Armando Valdés, general manager of Radio Isla 1320, stated that Torres Gotay's incorporation will enrich the station's informative offer. The alliance aims to strengthen the exchange of content between media outlets and expand discussion spaces on current topics, politics, economy, and public affairs, leveraging the combined reach of print, digital, and radio platforms.
