Figueroa Arroyo described a conversation with Avilés Cabrera on TikTok, where Avilés Cabrera allegedly told her to be quiet and that her mother would speak with her the next day.

The conversation started at 3:00 a.m. on August 11, 2025, about two hours after Pratts Rosario's death was certified at the hospital. The messages presented in court included one from Avilés Cabrera that read 'Mami habla contigo mañana, tú shhh' ('Mom will talk to you tomorrow, you shhh') and another that said 'Tú simplemente harás lo que diga mami' ('You will simply do what mom says'). Cabrera Rivera and Avilés Cabrera face two charges each for first-degree murder and violation of the Arms Law.
The prosecution is using this evidence to demonstrate the alleged agreement between the two defendants in the crime.
