The Administration of Medical Services of Puerto Rico (ASEM) is seeking the family of a patient, Juan Henry Rosa Martínez, who has been confined to the Hospital of Trauma at Centro Médico since October 20 of last year. Rosa Martínez, 47, was hit by a motor vehicle near the airport in Isla Verde and was initially unidentified. Despite months of hospitalization, he has not received any visits and his family or acquaintances have not been located.
Rosa Martínez is described as slender, with dark skin, brown eyes, black hair, and a black beard. He has a tattoo of a black rose on his left back, scars on his wrists and fingers, and is missing upper teeth. Anyone with information can contact 787-777-3535, extension 4403.
It is noted that no patient information will be provided over the phone, and those visiting the hospital must have photo identification available.
