A traffic accident occurred on Saturday night on PR-113 in front of the Hotel Royal in Isabela, leaving a one-year-old girl in a state of care. According to the preliminary investigation, 22-year-old Jaden Ríos Colón was driving a 2021 Hyundai Accent and allegedly overtook several vehicles using the opposite lane, colliding head-on with a Mitsubishi Outlander driven by 45-year-old Edgar Muñoz, a resident of Georgia.

Ríos Colón lost control of the vehicle, which overturned. The Mitsubishi Outlander was carrying passengers Perla Cruz Jiménez, two children aged 2 and 3, and the one-year-old girl, who was taken to a local hospital and remains in a state of care.
