Abarca Health, one of the largest pharmacy benefit managers in Puerto Rico, has partnered with LucyRx, a company based in Maryland, to create a new entity called Healthcare Revolution Partners. This entity will offer services in both Puerto Rico and the United States, with its headquarters located on the island.
