Luis Antonio Torres, a fugitive wanted in Pennsylvania, was arrested by agents from the Aguadilla Intelligence and Arrests Division on Wing Road, located in the Base Ramey area of Aguadilla. Torres had an outstanding arrest warrant for violating the Controlled Substances Law, issued in January of this year, and is subject to extradition to Pennsylvania.
The arrest was carried out by Agent Frank López Ortiz, under the supervision of Sergeants Wilbert González Hernández, Ismael Ferrer Vargas, Juan C. Pérez Hernández, and Stephanie Carrión Valentín, without major incidents.
The Department of Justice will now proceed with the extradition proceedings.
