Autocare has opened its largest Charlie Boy Wash & Lube facility, a $6 million site in Caguas, bringing its Puerto Rico network to 18 locations. The new center is located at Plaza Centro on Rafael Cordero Avenue and spans 4,200 square meters, featuring a 120-foot automated car wash tunnel capable of servicing up to 1,000 vehicles daily. The company said the system is designed to improve washing, drying and vehicle-care processes while allowing the location to serve more customers.
Alongside automated car wash services, the new location offers oil and filter changes, expanding Autocare's presence in Puerto Rico's central-eastern region. Enrique Irizarry-Armendáriz, president of Autocare, said the opening represents an opportunity to continue investing in Puerto Rico, generate jobs, and bring services closer to more communities. The opening is part of a broader expansion plan by Autocare, which also operates the Hi Tech and Mr.
Quick's brands. The company expects to reach 20 locations across Puerto Rico by the end of 2026, with the overall expansion plan representing a cumulative investment of more than $40 million.
