Central-valley hub
Caguas is a city and municipality in central eastern Puerto Rico, set inland in the Caguas Valley between the Sierra de Cayey and Sierra de Luquillo within the Central Mountain Range. It lies about 17 miles from San Juan and is bordered by San Juan, Trujillo Alto, Gurabo, San Lorenzo, Aguas Buenas, Cidra, Cayey and Patillas.
With a population of about 127,244 as of the 2020 census, it is the fifth most populated municipality on the island and serves as a principal city of the San Juan metropolitan area. Founded in 1775, Caguas has grown into a sizable urban center covering about 28.5 square kilometers.

La Revuelta Beer Garden & Cocktail Bar is an open-air beer garden at the Caguas Food Park on Avenida Bairoa, founded in 2021. It carries more than 150 craft beers — local Puerto Rican and imported — with 16 rotating draft lines, plus cocktails. The patio centers on a mango tree and is pet-friendly, with live music on weekends and special events like tap takeovers and new beer releases. A second location operates in Guaynabo.
