Man, 45, Sent to Prison for Threatening Parents with Metal Pipe

Elvin Muriel Cumba, a 45-year-old resident of Humacao, was charged with mistreating elderly individuals, making threats, and damaging property. According to Agent Oscar Dones Roldán's investigation, the incident occurred on July 7 in the Buena Vista neighborhood of Humacao, where Muriel Cumba became aggressive and used a metal pipe to threaten his 73-year-old parents during a discussion.
