A 31-year-old man, Carlos Roberto Santiago Camacho, was stabbed in the early morning hours at his residence in the Jobos sector of Morovis Sur, Morovis. The incident occurred when a man armed with a knife emerged from the marquesina of the victim's home and attacked him after a brief confrontation.
The victim was taken to the emergency room at the Centro de Diagnóstico y Tratamiento de Morovis, where hospital staff alerted authorities at around 2:35 a.m. The suspect is described as being 5'6" tall, with a dark complexion, weighing 150 pounds, and wearing dark clothing.
The case will be handled by the División de Agresiones del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Criminales (CIC) in the Arecibo area, with Agent Mayra López Rosado involved in the initial response. The victim reported that the attacker questioned him before stabbing him in the face and other parts of his body.
