Morovis is a town and municipality in the central region of Puerto Rico, set inland north of Orocovis and south of Manatí, Vega Baja and Vega Alta, between Ciales to the west and Corozal to the east. It lies about 22 miles from San Juan and is part of the San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo Metropolitan Statistical Area, though its setting is inland rather than coastal.
Founded in 1818, Morovis covers 100.3 km² and is organized into 13 barrios plus Morovis Pueblo, with a population of approximately 28,727 as of 2020.
