Developer VRM has launched Palacios del Este, a new project in Humacao, offering 240 homes with access control and recreational areas, starting at $269,900. According to Agustín Rojo, a partner at VRM, the project aims to cater to working individuals and families who do not qualify for subsidies but cannot afford the current market prices.
The project features two models: a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom model with 1,462 square feet of construction, and a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom model with 1,600 square feet, priced between $279,900 and $285,000. The homes are designed to be efficient and modern, with amenities such as a laundry room, walk-in closet, and private bathroom.
Rojo highlighted that the project's focus is on providing affordable prices, modern design, and good finishes, which are the key factors that buyers are looking for. The lots are approximately 352 square meters in size.
