BAS Entertainment has announced a fifth show of the musical 'Buena Vista Social Club' due to high public demand. The additional performance will take place on Sunday, November 1, at 2:00 PM at the Sala de Festivales Antonio Paoli in the Centro de Bellas Artes de Santurce. The production, led by Ender Vega, is a local authorized replica of the Broadway musical, inspired by real events and the Grammy-winning album.
It tells a story of music, identity, memory, and resilience set in Havana, based on the lives of musicians who shaped Cuban culture. According to Vega, the fifth show confirms the strong connection between the Puerto Rican public and this story. Tickets are available on Ticketera.
