In Utuado, at the Dos Hermanas farm, the life of a pana fruit doesn't end when it's freshly harvested. Instead, it begins a process to utilize every part of the crop, aiming to convert one of Puerto Rico's most representative foods into a variety of value-added products.
This initiative is part of EntrePanas, a project that seeks to make the most out of the pana and contribute to feeding Puerto Rico.
