Puerto Rico Governor Jenniffer González posted a social media video discussing rising water levels at the Carraízo reservoir following recent rains, referencing cloud-seeding efforts and urging citizens to remain prudent with water use. According to the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority's (AAA) daily report, 15 of 19 reservoirs showed increases, including Carraízo, which rose by 0.58 centimeters and reached a safe water level.
