A 17-year-old minor and an adult were arrested in the early hours of the day in Aguada for violating the Arms Law and the Controlled Substances Law. The arrests occurred in Parque Colón, located in the Espinar neighborhood.
Authorities seized a loaded Colt .38 caliber revolver with six bullets, for which the individual did not have a license. Additionally, two bags of marijuana, an electronic scale, and a 2014 gray Hyundai Accent vehicle were confiscated.
The investigation is being led by Agent Enrique Rodríguez García under the supervision of Sergeant Orlando Matos Acevedo. The case was reviewed with Prosecutor Brenda Huertas and the on-duty prosecutor, who provided instructions for possible charges to be filed today.
