Kia Puerto Rico has announced the arrival of the new 2027 Kia Seltos, a completely renovated SUV that incorporates changes in design, technology, interior space, and convenience features. The new Seltos takes its design cues from models like the Telluride, with a more robust appearance and a proposal aimed at both urban use and the needs of families and consumers seeking greater versatility.
Abiezer Rodríguez, Kia Puerto Rico's commercial director, stated that the Seltos reflects the brand's identity: functional, comfortable, and prepared for any lifestyle. The 2027 Seltos features LED Multi-Focus Reflector lighting, front and rear parking sensors, Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, a 12.3-inch central screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Smart Key, and electronic parking brake.
The interior has also been redesigned to increase space and flexibility, with a more spacious cabin, greater passenger and cargo capacity, and a 60/40 split-folding rear seat. The S version adds other technology and convenience features, including auto pop-out flush exterior handles, wireless smartphone charging, Blind-Spot Collision Warning, and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist. The new Seltos will be available initially in LX and S versions at Kia dealerships around the island.
