Kenneth Bruno Delgado, a 40-year-old man, faces charges under the Weapons Law and Elder Abuse Law for allegedly threatening his 77-year-old mother with a sharp object and restricting her freedom on September 27 and 28 in Hatillo. The case was reviewed by prosecutor Yolanda Pitino, who filed the corresponding charges against Bruno Delgado.
After evaluating the evidence, Judge Abraham Cortes Vélez of the Arecibo Tribunal found cause and set a $45,000 bail, and Bruno Delgado was admitted to the Bayamón Correctional Institution. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 14.
