The Puerto Rico Police are searching for 16-year-old Emmanuel Ortiz Cruz, who was reported missing on September 21, 2026, in the Jardines de Concordia residential area in Mayagüez. Ortiz Cruz is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with black eyes and hair, and a health condition on his left hand.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black sandals. According to the authorities, Ortiz Cruz left the residential area after a dispute with his brother, Joshua M. Rivera Cruz, and has not been located since. The Missing Persons Division of the Mayagüez Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC) is working to locate him.
