The Hecho en Puerto Rico Association is expanding its business education efforts through Hecho Pa’l Éxito, an initiative designed to give local entrepreneurs access to leadership insights, professional training, and practical tools to help develop and grow their businesses. Hecho Pa’l Éxito combines two programs: the Hecho Pa’l Éxito Speaker Series, which connects entrepreneurs with business leaders, and Hecho Pa’l Éxito Sessions, a series of educational workshops focused on skills and resources relevant to running and expanding a business.

The association recently launched its Speaker Series with a conversation featuring Aurelio Alemán, president and chief executive officer of FirstBank, moderated by Hermes Croatto, where Alemán discussed his experiences from over four decades in the financial sector. Pedro Rosaly, president of the Hecho en Puerto Rico Association, said Hecho Pa’l Éxito reflects the association’s commitment to supporting Puerto Rican entrepreneurs beyond promoting their products and services.

The education component includes workshops covering topics such as navigating government programs, incentives, branding, and other aspects of business development.
