In Carolina, Puerto Rico, the Puerto Rico Police Bureau is investigating the death of an 80-year-old man whose body was found submerged in a water-filled container on the terrace of a Saint Just neighborhood residence. The incident was reported at 11:45 AM on Wednesday after a 9-1-1 emergency call alerted authorities to a suspicious situation.
Upon arrival, officers from the Carolina South Precinct found the body. The Carolina Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) is handling the investigation, along with the on-duty prosecutor, to clarify the circumstances of the death.
