Police reported on Friday the discovery of a woman’s decomposed body in the Colinas Metropolitanas neighborhood in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. According to the Puerto Rico Police Bureau, the find was reported by a call to the precinct at around 9:42 PM on Thursday. Agents went to the scene and located the body, whose identity had not been established.
Authorities said that, at the time of the report, it was unknown whether the body showed signs of violence, and the circumstances of the death were also unknown. Personnel from the Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC) of Bayamón, together with the prosecutor on duty, will be in charge of the investigation.
