Agents of the Puerto Rico Police Bureau arrested three people on Wednesday during a vehicle stop in the town of Santa Isabel. The detainees were identified as a 19-year-old man, a 21-year-old woman and a 16-year-old minor. The procedure was supervised by Inspector Edwin Serrano.
Authorities seized what the police described as a significant arsenal of weapons and ammunition. Officers also took possession of a blue 2021 Ford Escort. Agent Sandy Burgos Rodriguez carried out the stop and subsequent arrests, while Agent Hector Vazquez Morales was assigned the investigation.
Both are attached to the Stolen Vehicles Division in Ponce. The case will be consulted with the on-duty prosecutor to file charges.
