In San Juan, Puerto Rico, a woman was jailed on Thursday for a domestic violence incident. According to the Police report, 33-year-old Yariangellys Jiménez, a San Juan resident, allegedly attacked her partner with a knife in various parts of their body at around 4:45 PM.
Judge Lisa Durán of the San Juan Court determined probable cause for arrest and set a $75,000 bail, which Jiménez did not post. She was booked and admitted to the Women’s Rehabilitation Complex in Bayamón.
Jiménez’s partner was stabbed.
