A lawsuit filed by Longo En Tech de Puerto Rico, LLC, against the AAA alleges fraud in contract awards for projects under federal monitoring. This lawsuit is just one of several issues plaguing the AAA, as an audit of the State Insurance Fund, also known as the Fondo del Seguro del Estado (CFSE), revealed deficiencies, including unauthorized investments and unregistered investment advisors.
