Tropical Storm Dolly remains far from Puerto Rico, located 1,437 miles from San Juan and moving west at 24 mph with sustained winds of 40 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center.
On the island's water supply, the Carraízo reservoir showed a downward trend through the day, falling from 37.26 meters to 37.20 meters, both readings within the ajustes band and above the control line. At 37.26 meters, officials estimated roughly 6.5 days of supply at the pace recorded, a figure that narrowed to about 3.3 days as the level dropped to 37.20 meters.
