Water levels at the Carraízo reservoir fluctuated slightly over the past two days, rising 7 centimeters to 37.14 meters before falling back 7 centimeters to 37.07 meters. Both readings kept the reservoir within the "ajustes" band, hovering just above the control line — 0.14 meters above at the higher reading and 0.07 meters above at the lower one, with officials noting the level could return to the control line within roughly a day at the current pace.
On the infrastructure front, Puerto Rico is moving toward a goal of providing 100 megabits per second broadband internet to 100% of inhabited areas by December 31, 2027, as part of a coast-to-coast connectivity push.
