Playa El Tuque

Playa El Tuque is a beach and family recreational complex in the Punta Cucharas sector of Barrio Canas in Ponce, along PR-2. Designed in the early 1960s by Cayey architect Luis Flores and opened in July 1965, it was built as a tourist and recreation facility for the surrounding El Tuque sector, one of the most populated in Puerto Rico, and remains a spot for a day at the shore.
