The mayor of Aguadilla, Julio Roldán, announced the opening of the 'Ayuda pa' Venezuela' collection center to gather essential supplies for those affected by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela. The center, located in the Luis Muñoz Marín building, will receive donations from June 29 to July 3, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Donations will include non-perishable food, bottled water, personal hygiene items, diapers, basic medications, flashlights, batteries, and clothing in good condition. Roldán expressed solidarity with the Venezuelan communities and encouraged citizens to participate, stating that every donation can make a difference.
The municipality will work with community organizations to ensure the aid reaches the affected areas safely and efficiently.
