Génesis Dávila Pérez, Miss Arroyo 2026, has been awarded the Mujer de Valor L'Oréal Paris 2026 prize, which includes a $1,250 reward. The award, presented by Miss Universe Puerto Rico and L'Oréal Paris, recognizes Dávila Pérez's community initiative 'De reina a reina', a workshop aimed at inspiring and empowering young girls and women in her community.
Dávila Pérez's project focuses on building self-confidence and self-love, and has had a positive impact on the municipality of Arroyo. The award is given to the candidate who best represents the values of the brand and contributes to society through philanthropic work.
Past winners of the award include Ivana Carolina Irizarry, Karla Inelisse Guilfú Acevedo, Sarah Angely Rodríguez Ríos, and Vivianie Díaz Arroyo.
