The collection center at the Coliseo Mario 'Quijote' Morales in Guaynabo will extend its operation until July 6 to receive supplies for those affected by the earthquakes in Venezuela. The center, part of the efforts to assist the victims, will continue to receive medical supplies, non-perishable food, and other essential items from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Secretary of State Rosachely Rivera Santana announced that other collection centers in Ponce, Manatí, Mayagüez, Fajardo, and Patillas will conclude their operations on Thursday. The government is coordinating with Venezuelan organizations on the island to ensure the aid reaches those in need.

Rivera Santana also encouraged independent collection centers to integrate their donations into the government's coordinated effort, allowing for a unified humanitarian response. A flight from Puerto Rico arrived in Maiquetía on Wednesday as part of the relief efforts.
