Domenech Denies Sworn Allegations from Ex-DDEC Secretary Negrón

Puerto Rico Secretary of Government Francisco Domenech rejected all allegations made against him in sworn statements by former Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DDEC) Secretary Sebastián Negrón Reichard and former Office of Incentives director Ernesto Zayas García.
