The Social Security Administration has announced the relocation of its office in Manatí to the Puerto Rico Premium Outlets in Barceloneta, effective Monday, July 27. The current office, located in Trigal Plaza, will be closed on Thursday, July 23, and Friday, July 24, to facilitate the move. The phone numbers, 1-866-256-2681 and 1-833-950-2962, will remain the same.
During the closure, individuals can visit the Arecibo office, located at 880 Calle Isaac Cruz Santiago, or the Bayamón office, located on the seventh floor of Metro Medical Center, Suite 1701. Services are also available online at www.ssa.gov/es/manage-benefits/make-an-appointment or by phone at 1-800-772-1213. The Social Security Administration offers various services online, including creating a personal 'my Social Security' account, applying for a replacement SSA-1099, and printing or downloading a Benefit Verification Letter.
Individuals can also use the online portal to estimate their future benefits and access other services.
