The Puerto Rico Police Department's Intelligence and Arrests Division in Ponce is seeking the public's help in locating Joniel Doménech Torres, one of the most wanted individuals in the Ponce area. Charges have been filed against Doménech Torres in absentia under the Weapons and Controlled Substances Law.
Judge Ginny M. Vélez Carreras of the Ponce Tribunal issued an arrest warrant with a $70,000 global bond.
