The Puerto Rico Police Department requested the public's cooperation on Monday to locate Joniel Doménech Torres, one of the most wanted individuals in the Ponce area. Doménech Torres faces charges, filed in his absence, for alleged violations of the Weapons Law and the Controlled Substances Law, according to the Police.
The Police are seeking help from the community to find him.
