The Traditional Festivals of Cidra will take place from July 16 to 19 at the Municipal Sports Complex, featuring musical performances by Black Guayaba, Giselle, Jossie Esteban, and Grupo Manía. The event will also include handicrafts, gastronomy, and recreational activities with free admission for the whole family. The artistic program will start on July 16 with the opening protocol, followed by performances by Jíbara Banda and Black Guayaba. On July 17, Algare Plena, Merari, and Gisselle will perform.
The activities will continue on July 18 with performances by Plante Bandera, a tribute to Milly Quezada, Moncho Rivera, and Jossie Esteban and La Patrulla 15. The festival will close on July 19 with a day dedicated to traditional and tropical music, featuring troubadours, a tribute to Rubén Blades, Jhonny Rivera, and a final performance by Grupo Manía. Pagán Clavijo expects economic movement for merchants, artisans, and small entrepreneurs during the four days of festivities, with hundreds of vendors having the opportunity to generate income and showcase their products and services. The municipality has prepared a wide and varied program for the enjoyment of locals and visitors, with coordinated parking and transportation alternatives to facilitate access to the complex.
