Authorities in Arecibo are investigating the murder of a man found dead and handcuffed with gunshot wounds. The victim, who has not been identified, was described as approximately 35 years old, 5'10" tall, and weighing 170 pounds, with a tattoo on his left leg. He was wearing black pants and a black shirt.
The body was found in the Río Arriba neighborhood, near kilometer 3.4 of road 621, at around 6:40 a.m. on Thursday. The victim had multiple gunshot wounds to the face, and four shell casings of two different calibers were recovered from the scene. Martínez Otero from the Arecibo prosecutor's office, are in charge of the investigation.
