A decomposing body was found at 6:21 pm on Wednesday in the Las Dolores neighborhood of Río Grande, according to the Police. A 9-1-1 emergency call alerted authorities to a dead person on Argentina Street in the Villa Coquí sector.
Upon arrival, agents located the body in a green area near a stream. The Police currently do not have the identity of the person.
Agents from the Homicide Division of the Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC) in Fajardo are in charge of the investigation.
