On Thursday morning, the Police found a man’s body in a state of decomposition on Borgoña Street, near the San José reservoir in Hato Rey, San Juan. A 9-1-1 call alerted the Police to a suspicious situation, and upon arrival, agents located the body. The Homicide Division of the San Juan Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC) took charge of the investigation, along with prosecutor Félix Rivera.
The body was found near the San José reservoir, and the investigation is ongoing. The Police and the prosecutor’s office are working together to determine the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
