The decomposing body of a man was found on Monday on PR-944, kilometer 5.4, in Gurabo, according to the Police. A call to the Caguas command center reported a cadaver in the area, and upon arrival, agents from the Uniformed Division and the Fire Department, who were also responding to a reported fire, located the body.
The identity of the man and the cause of death are currently unknown. The Homicide Division of the Caguas Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC) has taken over the investigation, along with the on-duty prosecutor and personnel from the Institute of Forensic Sciences.
