The Puerto Rico men's beach volleyball duo, composed of Daniel Rivera and William Figueroa, will receive a forfeited match against Martinica due to an injury, improving their record to 3-0. They had previously defeated St. Kitts 21-7 and 21-10.
The pair will face Nicaragua, also 2-0, on Wednesday to determine the top spot in Group C. Meanwhile, the women's duo, consisting of Allanis Navas and María González, won 21-4 and 21-2 against St. Kitts and will face Cuba, also 2-0, on Tuesday.
Both men's and women's beach volleyball teams have a preliminary round with five groups of five teams each, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the quarterfinals.
